Workshops & Community Programming

Our workshops will equip you with preventative and reparative skills grounded in the science of interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory.

Workshops are trauma-informed, evidence-informed, relational, and draw upon evidence based modalities such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural  Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and mindfulness to develop skills  for practical application.
