Summer Sessions - Boundaries Workshop
The District of West Vancouver's Youth Services Team and NSCA are pleased to present the first workshop of the summer session series.
Parents & Caregivers: (1.5 h) Let’s come together to talk about how independence and connection can co-exist through implementing well-established boundaries. Learn more effective communication & practical skills to use over the summer to reduce parental anxiety and promote growth and confidence in your youth.
Youth: (1.5 h) Let’s chat about boundaries and consent! Learn skills to have more confidence, connect more meaningfully with friends, and reduce stress and conflict at home over the summer. Explore what your boundaries are and learn effective ways to implement them with friends and family.
Afterwards, both groups will come together for refreshments and Q&A with the facilitators.
